SITE AGREEMENT
The Painter Coach web site (the “site”) is an online information service subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. - SUBSCRIPTION
Subscription to website updates and offers is free and ongoing until subscribers cancel their subscription by opting out through email or by contacting Painter Coach via email or phone.
- PAYMENT
All purchases within the website will automatically be debited from the credit card nominated by the Member. This process is initiated on a secure server with SSL authentication and then processed via a certified payment-processing partner, e-way.
- USE OF THE SITE

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Viewers Country of Residence applicable to agreements made and to be performed in The Viewers Country of Residence. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Wildfire Websites Pty Ltd and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The Viewers Country of Residence.
