I’m not sure if you’ve thought about this, however, a question popped up in our office last week and I thought would be a really good idea to share.
What are we consistently doing to keep our long-term clients?
At some stage in the future, your client is going to sit back and ask the question:
“Why are we paying this guy/gal so much money?”
You want the answer that comes back to them to be…
“Because we’d be stupid not to”
That is you offer WAY more value than they are investing.
So the Question for today is:
“What can you do to make sure you’re offering way more value to your clients that they are paying you for?”
